Our Beautiful Beach

The Stanza Mare beach area is unparalleled. A large expanse of sand stretches ​between buildings B and C and the palm-topped palapas. There is a volleyball net to enjoy as well as large areas for other sand play and sport. Beyond the sand are numerous palapas, loungers and tables to provide shade while enjoying the beach.

Between the palapas and the ocean is an expanse of public beach. Like all beaches in the Dominican Republic, a distance of 60 meters from the high tide line is owned by the country, and is therefore public land.

As in all public spaces, be courteous in your interactions, and respectful of other guests. 

​

Do not leave your belongings on loungers for prolonged time periods to save the space. It's reasonable to leave your things while you have lunch or go to the restroom, but it's rude and disrespectful to leave them for hours and prevent others from enjoying the area. 

​

Personal belongings left on loungers for more than 30 minutes may be removed by staff and kept near the guards for safekeeping.
